Daniel,

We met at Reblogworld in Oct. Just wanted to say thank you for the great info you’ve been putting on your blog.

I’m in the process of writing a bunch of content for our new blogging platform, and I wanted to ask your permission to feature one of your youtube videos on a prominent page on our site.

I figured it would be ok, since it was already on Youtube, but thought it would be appropriate to ask as well. Please let me know.

Thanks,

Mark Madsen

Hi, Daniel – I found your site through the Mayo Clinic blog. I read about your experience there as I am preparing to go back to Rochester for my first Jpouch surgery. I was just curious if you had any advice as I prepare for the procedure. Also, are you satisfied with your experience there? Are you happy that you had the surgery? I've had UC for 3 years, and it's been a nonstop rollercoaster of prednisone and other meds. Also – and this is a random question – was your surgery at the Methodist Hospital at Mayo or at St Mary's?
Thanks so much for your input!
