I have been selling since I was a teenager. One thing I realized a long time ago is a salesman is the helmsman in the selective process.
The salesman who knows their industry and keeps abreast of what is going on in their market place is only carrying out the Spock brain melt to their client. One who has skills, know the art is to develop client’s awareness to the same relative point that they are at. In doing so the Client should feel you have been clear and knowledgeable to the point of comfort, with their understanding of the proposed transaction. While feeling the salesman is total honest and savvy with their feelings and thoughts. If a salesman can do this, they have done their job to the fullest.
When a client becomes confident of the salesman ability and representation there will be a deal. Selling is knowing!
When you are confident of your leader you will follow them into battle without hesitation.
