Also things do have a way of coming around and biting you if you try and "win" at the cost of them losing. The lady we brought our own house from is now our next door neigbor. Suffice to say we did NOT try and milk every last concession from her, figuring she would find a way over the years to gain them back... and maybe a little more for good measure. Good post.
