It would be nice if there were info posted that would outline what sort of data that can be used to bolster the homeowners case.  As I told you before, I successfully contested an assessment here in New York, but they were forthcoming with what homeowners needed to provide in order to do so.

I agree with postings I&#039;ve seen on other sites that builders ought to be responsible for more of the infrastructure costs that otherwise end up being borne by existing homeowners.

Perhaps you&#039;d be willing to become a homeowners advocate given the extensive knowledge you have about the Fluvanna market  :-) as well as your personal vested interest (as a homeowner and real estate professional).</description>
