I deleted that other comment. I agree that marketing will certainly become easier, but easier for whom? As much of the marketing shifts to internet outlets, it may be harder for many agents. Those agents may find themselves sitting on the “REALTOR Bubble” I have seen you mention.

My thoughts are that as the technology becomes more open, marketing a property will be fairly easy – certainly more easy than it is today.
