Portable, easy to digest, morsels of tasty goodness is what they want. Give it to them.

  • I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt -- though I suspect you may not have come to a complete stop in your motion. :) Awaiting follow-up post. Much thanks.
  • I get the point, Daniel, but it's difficult to deliver 'steak 'n taters' concepts in pastry form. Thoughts?

    Jeff,

An incredibly astute observation, as always. :-)

I did this post as a part of the VARBuzz.com Blog Brawl. The format meant that I could only use the photo and the caption.

I'm going to write another post explaining the idea for tomorrow.

You are right, it is difficult. It all depends on your audience, too. YOUR audience is a group of decidedly steak n' taters people. In my experience, that is not the case for the audience of the normal residential real estate blog.

Now, that's not to say that the cupcakes you create have to be all icing and sprinkles. Lord knows a good cupcake can leave your appetite quite satisfied. They can also make you want to come back for more. Those are two critical aspects of the marketing component of any real estate blog.

I'll flesh this out more tomorrow. Then you can feel free to call a balk, if you see one. ;-)
